The quality of the sample atlas (demo video) is very poor on YouTube?
Check your YouTube settings and change the quality to the maximum available resolution

 

What happens if I (accidently) add an e-Atlas twice to the basket?
The number of pieces won’t change because you do need only one file to download

 

Can I abort the payment procedure (handled by PayPal)?
Yes, during Checkout and before pressing the 'final button' you have various opportunities to cancel your purchase and return to the website of T-O-MAPS

 

I wasn’t able to download the purchased e-Atlas (temporary link to PDF-file) within the standard timeframe of 2 days, for example due to technical difficulties with my laptop?
Send us an e-mail so that we will provide you with a new link
